PROBUS CLUB OF DUNDAS
The Probus Club of Dundas seeks retired or semi-retired professional men and women to socialize and be informed. Probus is a social club that meets monthly and has knowledgeable speakers, cultural experiences, luncheons, picnics and theatre trips. A book club
Drop off donations of winter coats, boots and winter clothing. These are delivered to downtown Hamilton organizations.
Last year St. James collected 600 gently used winter coats. Call the Church for details.

Every Saturday from 8:30 - 10:30 am. All are Welcome.
Happy Gang meets every second Wednesday. In April the gatherings are on the 9th and 23rd.

DUNDAS SENIOR CITIZENS CLUB

Location: Dundas Senior Citizens Centre, 10 Market St. S., Dundas
Dundas Senior Citizens Club is a volunteer organization whose members get together for games (bridge, euchre, bid euchre, cribbage, snooker), tai chi and folk dancing. Membership is $15 a year. Members pay a small fee for each game they play ($2, except $4 for duplicate bridge), most of which is distributed as prizes. Tai chi lessons cost $30 for 10 weeks, folk dancing $25 for 10 weeks. Anyone 55 years old or more is welcome.

S.I.M GYM (Seniors in Motion Gym)
St. Joseph's Villa's S.I.M Gym (Seniors in Motion) is a program designed for people in the community aged 55 and over. These Ministry (MOH) funded exercise programs provides two certified staff offering 18 classes a week that are available for all abilities. Our classes are convenient, quick, affordable, accessible, fun and judgement-free.
